By using NicheScout ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.
NicheScout is a market research tool that helps you evaluate App Store niches before building an app. It provides competition analysis, keyword data, market size estimates, and AI-generated insights based on publicly available data and licensed data sources.
All data, analysis, and suggestions are for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee accuracy of market data, revenue estimates, or opportunity assessments. You are responsible for your own business decisions.
You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
One account per person. You may not share accounts or create accounts on behalf of others without their consent.
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account settings.
We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. If you cancel, you retain access until the end of your current billing period.
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice. Price changes will not affect your current billing period.
You may not:
NicheScout and its content are owned by Ben Mattes. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute the Service or its output for commercial purposes without written permission.
PRDs and research you generate using the Service are yours to use for your own projects.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that market data is accurate, complete, or current. App Store competition levels, keyword popularity, and revenue estimates are approximations based on available signals — not guarantees.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NicheScout and its owner shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including lost profits or business opportunities.
We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting bmattes@gmail.com.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Quebec, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Montreal, Quebec.
